7 WEEKS INNER PEACE MENTORSHIP    

JANUARY 13TH – FEBRUARY 28TH, 2025

Cultivate inner peace and alignment in your life by joining this 7 week INNER PEACE mentorship program.

If you are seeking contentment, or if you feel that something is missing in your life, and you are longing for purpose and clarity, then this program is for you!!!

If you want to feel more aliveness, connection and enthusiasm in life, then this mentorship program is for You!!!

If you want to shift your mindset to live in more VIBRANCY, then this is your 7 week journey !! Join us.

This program is curated with a mission to support you on your UNIQUE journey. You will feel more alignment, deeper sense of purpose and connection with your Soul. You can sign up for the whole 7 week program or choose specific weeks that speak to your individual needs.

7 WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:

~DAILY ( Monday to Friday ) LIVE on line 45 min. morning session with specific theme / focus for each week.

Replay video delivered to your mailbox right after each session.

DAILY MORNING SESSION WILL INCLUDE:

~25 min Breathwork with Meditation practice

~15-20 min gentle movement to open the body to welcome the day ( gentle yoga and fascial release )

~setting clear intention for the day with the focus on the week’s theme

~DAILY SUPPORT and MENTORSHIP  in private accountibility facebook group

FOCUS FOR EACH WEEK:

JAN. 13-17 / WEEK 1 : CULTIVATE COMPASSION

During week 1 we will cultivate deep compasion for self and others, supported by meditation and breathing practice.

We will sit down with the biggest questions, we will reflect and journal on:

Who am I ? What are my gifts ? What is my mission ? Values ?

We will tap into the purpose, intentional living, existance, and enthusiasm for life.

JAN. 20-24 / WEEK 2 : CULTIVATE YOUR INNER VOICE  ( MINDSET)

During week 2 we will explore our voice as vibration. We will bring awarness to our thoughts and inner voice.

We will shift from listening to our self talk to learning how to talk to ourselves. We will touch base on conscious vs subconscious mind.

JAN. 27-31 / WEEK 3 : CULTIVATE YOUR DESIRE

During week 3 we will dive deep into our Soul’s desires. We will tap into the heart to recognize what is truly that we need to live in alignment with. We will explore our gifts and gain more clarity on cultivating desires.

FEB. 3-7 / WEEK 4 : CULTIVATE ENERGY

During week 4 we will explore energy on all levels. The ways we can shift our energy. Bringing clarity and awarness to what energy we carry and what energy do we want to bring to our day.

FEB. 10-14 / WEEK 5 : CULTIVATE EMBODIMENT

During week 5 we will cover: What is embodiment ? How do we manifest our intentions ? How do we integrate embodiment ?

FEB. 17-21 / WEEK 6 : CULTIVATE POSITIVE MINDSET

During week 6 we will delve into paradigms, limited beliefs and perceptions. We will cultivate positive mindset through awarness, breath work and japa meditation, we will explore mantra.

FEB. 24-28 / WEEK 7 : CULTIVATE GRATITUDE / CELEBRATION

Week 7 we will check in with our wins, life time accomplishments, yearly, monthly and weekly.

Getting into a habit of celebrating each day.

Checking in with ourselves. Introducing V- for Victory theory.

We will cultivate more gratitude through meditation, prayer, breath work.

Each week can be purchased separately for $28.78 +hst

Along on this journey you will learn: gentle Yoga poses to support inner peace for your body and mind; specifically for the winter season. You will get tips on nutrition to support SATVA ( peacefulness ), easy fascial maneuvers to release stress and trauma accumulated in the body and to reset major organs, breathing exercises.
