WEEK 5 OF 7 WEEKS OF INNER PEACE MORNING PRACTICE   

FEBRUARY 10-14 TH, 2025

Cultivate YOUR EMODIMENT, week 5 of  INNER PEACE mentorship program. During this week we are doing inner work on embodying your true self /  your higher self. Daily morning practice of breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle yoga with fascial release will support your individual journey. This week is for anyone seeking deeper connection with oneself. Anyone who seeks more fulfilment and contentment in life. In result of this program you will find more clarity, satisfaction, inner peace and alignment in your dailly life.

This program is curated with a mission to support you on your very UNIQUE journey.

You will feel more alignment, deeper sense of purpose and connection with your Soul.

FEBRUARY 10-14 / WEEK 5 : CULTIVATE EMBODIMENT

During week 5 we will FOCUS on:

EMBODIMENT of our gifts through brathing exercises, meditation and gentle yoga poses.

Energetic MANIFESTATION of intentions

We will explore of what it truly means to be present in every moment

 

FEB. 17-21 / WEEK 6 : CULTIVATE POSITIVE MINDSET

During week 6 we will delve into paradigms, limited beliefs and perceptions. We will cultivate positive mindset through awarness, breath work and japa meditation, we will explore mantra.

FEB. 24-28 / WEEK 7 : CULTIVATE GRATITUDE 

Week 7 we will check in with our wins, life time accomplishments, yearly, monthly and weekly.

Getting into a habit of celebrating each day.

Checking in with ourselves. Introducing V- for Victory theory. Practising the pause.

We will cultivate more gratitude through meditation, prayer, and breath work.

Each week can be purchased separately for $28.78 +hst

Along on this journey you will learn: gentle Yoga poses to support inner peace for your body and mind; specifically for the winter season. You will get tips on nutrition to support SATVA ( peacefulness ), easy fascial maneuvers to release stress and trauma accumulated in the body and to reset major organs, breathing exercises.
