Establish more balance and harmony in your life by following this 4 week SPRING RESET program.
During this program we will prioritize self-care, and focus on digestive health, which are main keys to longevity and vitality.
This program is curated for anyone who wants to gently and effectively cleanse their body from deeply accumulated toxins by following a protocol based on Ayurvedic principles. The protocols are designed to fit your individual needs to help improve your digestion, assimilation of nutrients and to decrease toxins.
As a result of this program you will feel stronger, lighter, more energetic with less tension, aches, stiffness in the body.
You will establish strong morning routine that includes breath work, meditation practice and gentle movement. Nightly routine involves reading, journalling and meditation to set you up for rest and better quality of sleep.
That will result in a sense of being more centered with positive mindset, clarity and steady energy for the day.
4 WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:
~Easy to follow PROTOCOL FOR EACH WEEK, which includes your weekly electronic COOKBOOK* with delicious vegan recipes to enjoy during the cleanse.
*following the recipes from the cookbook is optional as you will learn the principles of eating clean according to Ayurvedic guidelines, and simple Ayurvedic cooking.
